CHOCOLATE BOURBON PECAN PIE
Ingredients:
1 pie crust (either store bought or my favorite pie crust)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup light corn syrup
4 large eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup bourbon
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup pecans, lightly chopped

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll crust out.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter, sugars, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla and bourbon until frothy.
- Fold in chocolate chips and
pecans till evenly distributed.
- Pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 350 for 50-60
minutes or until set.
